ASPECTS OF AWON AGBO AJE - Jul 28,2013

Tonight we are teaching some aspects of Agbo Aje, the medicines of The Mothers. When a person has Ori rere, a good destiny, there are still trappings of this world to be concern with and too avoid in order to achieve success in life, which is measured in terms of wealth, peace, prosperity, longevity and children. Yoruba people believe that full happiness only comes with the birth of children who will be responsible for ones burial; and, that to be fully dressed you must have family i.e. family members around you. Therefore, we must maintain healthy relationships with Egungun, Awon Aje and Òrìsà. The greatest dangers and concern lie in the clutches of Awon Aje, The Mothers sometimes referred too as the Wicked Mothers.
